The banners in the back depict the shift names of the 3 shifts that the crew is divided into; Vandals, Bron0cos & Bengals. The menu is classic Idaho!  Banner on the left is a very loose rendition of the Ship's Crest. 3 section duty is a thing! His work is hilarious - If you were Navy you will get it!
